WHY I HOLD PROFOUND DISDAIN FOR HOLLYWOOD

A continuing feature of this blog will be my descriptions of my pet peeves. There are a lot of them so this feature will give me grist for my blogging mill for a long time to come. I am irked and chagrined by many of the personages who infest the Hollywood movie making industry today, in all its aspects. Artistry and imagination have been surplanted by political posturing, computer generated gimmickry and rampant derivative copying of past superior works. The bolstering of political agendas has taken priority over the actual entertainment provided to the audiences. Sixty years ago, you could not get a job in Hollywood if you were a communist. Judging by Hollywood's current output, you cannot get a job in Hollywood today unless you ARE a communist. I feel, when I am viewing movies today (and television shows too, for that matter) , that I am being propagandized and manipulated by leftist and pro-gay idealogues. Why should I have to pay $8.00 or $9.00 for the privilege of being propagandized. The Nazis and the Russian Communists propagandized their citizenry free of charge. Where do these Hollywood poseurs get the nerve to hawk their wares as "entertainment" when they are, in truth, peddling outright propaganda? Why must the news media give such rapt and fawning attention to the pronouncements of every undereducated, mentally afflicted and morally debased personage that goes under the classification of "actor" or "show biz personality"? By and large, the phallanxes of Hollywood actors are made up of men and women who, at an early age, decided that cavorting before the camera was a worthwhile life goal. While young, tender and inexperienced, they were manipulated by the communist-homosexual-oriented producers and directers into a life of quasi whoredom. Many of these little quasi-whores had relatives, or cronies of relatives, within the entertainment industry and, of course, these connections took care of their own. It is a very well known fact that for every role, no matter how small or trivial, there are countless little quasi whores lined up and salivating for the opportunity to display their performance wares. Will they show a little tushy if the role calls for it? OF COURSE! Will they show a little titty (or a lot of titty) if the role calls for it? OF COURSE! Will they flash their genitalia if the role calls for it? WHY NOT! They are "artistes" and their work is "ARTISTRY"! They will do it in the name of "Art", for the sake of their "Craft" (as they call it). After the young quasi-whores have been through the mill for a while, some develop followings to the degree where they are given the appellation of "Star". This status allows them to offer up pronouncements on political, social, economic and moral issues which display their limited intellect but are nevertheless heralded far and wide. There is a long list of Hollywood poseurs and quasi-whores whose films I cannot watch due to the mental roadblocks to enjoyment that their personas have generated. To be sure, there are many other Hollywood "performers" that I cannot enjoy watching due to their dearth of talent and lack of physical attractiveness Not one dollar of this Retired Disagreeable Old Bastard's money will be spent on the works of prancing propagandists or talentless, repulsive buffoons. At least Josef Goebbels had the decency to engulf his fellow citizens with propaganda free of charge. The above mentioned want you to pay for the benefit of being propagandized. And, afterwards, they want to bask in the warm glow of your adulation. Every year this motley band of glorified pimps and whores prance over to the Academy Awards ceremonies where they give each other awards for propagandizing the American and international audiences. They confer "status" and "glory" upon each other and upon themselves so as to deepen the resonance of their sexual-political bullshit pronouncements. A mindless, conceited and opinionated shmuck with an Academy Award is still a mindless, opinionated and conceited shmuck after all is said and done. The dispensing of "awards" is a propagandist's a tool and a ploy to garner artificial prestige. Those presented with the awards are deemed have added 'prestige'. Naturally this gives additional stature to the awarding individuals for being in such an exalted position as to be able to bestow such prestige on the recipients. The pimps give out awards to the quasi-whores and to each other and all are fawned over by a compliant and fawning news media. It's Hooray for Hollywood and but it's the middle finger for the rest of us. That is all I have to state at the moment but there is much much more! The News Media, The Politicians, The So-Called Intellegentsia. They are all going to get their turn on the Disagreeable Old Bastard's shit list.
