Why are so many blogs vitually unreadable? I must assume that someone who expends the time and effort to generate such an opus is hopeful that someone else will actually read it. AND YET, a large proportion of the blogs I view utilize color schemes and font sizes that defy and mock the prospective readers. What were these imbeciles thinking? Who among us are going to strain themselves in order to read a blog that hurts their eyes and strains their patience? Not me (and not you either I will assume)! Why do these individuals use very light colors for script and very dark colors for background? Why do they use very small script? The answer can only be that they are SHMUCKS and just doing what comes natural for individuals of that mentality. I have special disdain for those who use a black background with white lettering. Just try to read one of those! It looks like the weblog of Satan himself! And what is one to make of those blogs that go on and on and on seemingly forever. Just scrolling through one of these masterpieces from beginning to end is an ordeal that I am unwilling to undergo for the meager or nonexistant entertainment value which such minds are capable of producing. I find that the driest, most verbosely bloated and inane blogs are the ones which do not even afford the reader a chance to comment. The pompous gasbags just want to show off their overvalued intellectual wares without entertaining comment or question. This is especially true of clergymen. There is a special place in BLOGGER'S HELL for those who just clog the blogoshpere with sites that promise interesting subjects in their headings and then turn out to be vast unnavigable catalogs listing multiple other sites in infinitely small typeface. INSIDE THE MIND OF A DISAGREEABLE OLD BASTARD will not strain your eyes, will not try your patience, will not under-estimate your intelligence and will not deny you the right to comment. It might anger you! It might insult you. It might go against ideas that you cherish.
But do not forget for one moment that I am the DISAGREEABLE OLD BASTARD and I do not shrink from controversy and debate!
